Obtain certifications in Citrix and Microsoft technologies, establish technical proficiency of our product portfolio, and become proficient with configuration. Relocation may be required within the U.S. After graduating from the training program, you will move into one of the three departments of Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Customer Experience, depending on your preference along with business needs. Housing and cars are provided for this time. For the first part of the training you will travel to Fort Lauderdale, FL for 3 months where you can meet your coworkers, explore Citrix HQ and build a lasting networking of peers. The training begins with learning about Citrix products, obtaining certifications, fine-tuning presentation skills, learning leadership techniques, and then finishes with gaining hands-on experience in the field. Position Overview The Technical Analyst, also known as the Technical Consulting/Sales Engineering Leadership Development Program, is an entry-level, 12- month program, designed as a precursor to our Technical Consulting, Sales Engineering, and Customer Experience teams. You did a rockstar job in your college courses, but you are also very well rounded and have shown involvement in extra-curricular and leadership activities on campus. Your positive attitude is infectious, and your communication skills are on point. You understand basic computing concepts, and you are always wanting to learn more to challenge yourself.
